Buy a Condo in the West End.

Toronto’s West End is in the midst of a renaissance of sorts. There are 14 neighborhoods like Parkdale and Liberty Village that were once in decline, and have experienced incredible growth and revitalization. Parkdale has become one of the best dining destinations in Toronto.

If you’re looking for a haven away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, look no further than High Park. The cheerful blossoms attract visitors from all over the world in the spring. There’s also Trinity Bellwoods Park, which is a little closer to the shopping and dining on Queen West but still big enough to squat under a tree and have a picnic.

There is a great relaxed feel about the West End, which makes it a popular destination for many.

Starbucks is not far for your morning caffeine fix, and if you don’t feel like cooking, Jesse’s Pizza Toronto and Alibaba Middle Eastern Foods are close to the property. Groceries can be found at Loblaws, which is steps away, and Margis Pharmacy is a 3-minute walk away. The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Revue Cinema are close by and can be a great way to pass the time. If you love the outdoors, Sorauren Park, McGregor Park, and Oakmount Park are a 9-minute walk away. There is a zoo, Park Bala, which is only a 14-minute walk away and is perfect for a family outing.

Without a car, you can quickly move around. The closest bus stop (DUNDAS ST WEST AT RONCESVALLES AVE) is nearby, but there is also a subway station, DUNDAS WEST – EASTBOUND PLATFORM, a 3-minute walk away that connects you to the TTC. It also has the (bus) 306 Carlton route and the (bus) 505 Dundas route nearby. Access to the Gardiner Freeway is a few minutes away, and for those driving, it’s easy to get in and out of town using the Dowling Avenue ramps.
